I am not simple going to list and link every maieusophilia site in existence, since some of them are utter rubbish. If you're looking for such a list, check the Community Guide. These are all quality, though, IMO. Unfortunately, as you can see, the list isn't very long, and it's not really getting longer.

Pretty much the best site I've been on so far. There was an update around Christmas, but this was the first in years. Otherwise, the webmaster G'Tron has moved art updates over to one of the forums;

This is a really warm community, the forums to PG 13, which are still relatively active. It's also one of the biggest places with the same mindset as this site- that our interest in pregnancy can extend beyond something sexual. There are one or two argumentative folk on the forum who cause a fuss once in a while (I certainly was one of these people once, I hope I've grown out of that now), but you get used to ignoring them.

Art updates that might normally go on the mainsight now go on the subforum "The Baby Ball Mall".

This site pursues the noble task of reviewing and documenting instances of pregnancy in comics. Not only that, it has some of its own that are simply superb. Sadly it hasn't updated in years, and I hear that the web master's real life has intervened. I only hope that one day his problems can be solved.

deviantART isn't a maieusophilia site, it's just a huge art site. If you can manage to find it, there is a really vast quantity of maieusophilic work there, both in the way of art and literature. However, it may take some digging to find.
